Ayurvedic Rasayana massage
This massage is a ritual of deep care, a pause to return to the body and listen to it through silence and conscious touch.
Through the stimulation of energy channels, I accompany the body in its natural process of balance and restoration. It not only relieves physical tension but also harmonizes the mind and heart, creating space for rest, presence, and healing.
During the session I use warm organic oil, chosen with intention, and I combine wrapping movements, kneading and acupressure techniques, adapting each gesture to your constitution (dosha) and what your body needs at that moment.
It's an encounter with the essential, a space where you can let go, breathe, and allow yourself to be supported.

What is Ayurveda? "Knowledge of life"
Ayurveda is an ancient science that teaches us how to stay healthy while respecting our own nature.
It invites us to connect with ourselves, to get to know ourselves, to learn to care for and love ourselves. From this perspective, nature is understood as a whole, and humans are part of it.
Everything around us influences our lives and our health.
The elements that create life in our environment—ether, air, fire, water, and earth—also live within us. They are constantly changing, just as the elements
skies and changes in nature.
Ayurveda identifies three biotypes, known as doshas: Vata (ether and air), Pitta (fire and water) and Kapha (water and earth).
These three vital energies regulate the functioning of the body and mind. Each dosha is composed of two of the five elements and possesses specific physical, physiological, mental, and emotional qualities.

THE PATH OF THE BODY
Ayurvedic Massage
Ayurvedic massage is a healing practice derived from traditional Indian medicine. In each session, I use specific techniques of pressure, friction, stretching, and medicinal oils, with the goal of restoring the body, nourishing the deepest tissues, promoting emotional well-being, and generating a feeling of rejuvenation.
This massage is tailored to each person's individual needs, taking into account their constitution and health status, making it a unique experience of healing and balance.
