Self-care body routine
This is a space born from my own quest: to learn to inhabit the body with love, presence, and respect.
I invite you to share an intimate and nourishing moment, where we can reconnect with ourselves through movement, breathing, touch, and listening. We don't come here to demand anything from the body, but rather to accompany it, honor it, and care for it with gentleness and consistency.
In each meeting, we explore different tools to cultivate a deep and loving self-care routine:
- Conscious movement helps us release tension and let go of what weighs us down.
- Self-massage invites us to touch ourselves lovingly, to feel and soothe from within.
- Dance connects us with our freedom, with what we want to express without words.
- Physical conditioning strengthens without forcing, it gives us support from respect.
- Meditation teaches us to be present, to breathe with what is, to calm the mind.
You don't need any previous experience. Just bring your body as it is, and the desire to give yourself a moment.
My intention is for you to take away simple and powerful tools that you can incorporate into your daily life, to feel more connected, stronger, and more at peace.
